Step for overcoming a Broken Heart

You've been broken heart? ahh Move on ! there are 8 steps Overcoming a Broken Heart.

1. Cry as much as you can
It is okay to cry when you feel hurt. Do you feel better after crying a lot the whole day? It is not just coincidence, but it is because the emotional tears contain biochemical byproducts so the tears will remove these toxic substances and relieves emotional stress.

2. Stop Blamming Yourself

Don’t ever blame yourself and think that it was your fault when somebody breaks up with you. It is his / her loss of losing someone special like you, not yours.

3. Think Positively

It may be your destiny to find someone better. Be thankful of this breakup, so you don’t have to stay longer with the wrong person in your life. Thank God they didn’t make it.

4. Sharing and Ask for Advice to Friends

Go find your best friends and borrow their ears to listen to your grumble and ask them for their advice. Good friends will always help.

5. Stop Your Curiosity

Don’t try to find any news about him / her anymore or who is the new girl / boy. Stop finding out in social media or asking any information from his / her friends, it will make you even hurt.

6. Happiness is the Best Revenge

 I am sure you have heard this sentence thousand times. It is true. Stop giving a damn to her / him. Find your own happiness and please....just be happy. It will make his / her world worse of envying you =).

7. Me Time
It is self-indulgence time! It is all about dark chocolate, ice cream, movie, shopping, or another have fun things to release your stress.

 

8. Create a New World

Create a save world of your own. Stop dealing with mutual friends. Find a new things to be explored. Maybe a new hair style, a new hobby, or any new program that means a new beginning without him / her in your world.
